At Salesforce, we believe in #AlwaysBeLearning, and Partner Learning Camp (PLC) can help you deepen your skills, stay in demand, and meet customer needs. It contains a growing list of curricula and Accredited Professional (AP) credentials made just for you. Check out what’s new in PLC!

Expand your business with Workforce Engagement

Deepen your expertise with the new Workforce Engagement AP credential.

Earning your Workforce Engagement credential grows the demand for your Service Cloud expertise and implementation. The credential proves you have the knowledge and skills to design, build, and deploy solutions for the Workforce Engagement Domain, Agent Experience, Forecasting, Omni-Channel Plans, Scheduling, and more.

Start preparing for the exam

To get the credential, you must prepare for the exam. Luckily, PLC offers a self-paced, online curriculum on Workforce Engagement to get you ready to ace it. The exam is built for partners with a broad knowledge of the Workforce Engagement product and its capabilities. And it tests across five Salesforce Workforce Engagement topics:

  1. Implementation Strategies and Design
  2. Workforce Engagement Domain and Agent Experience
  3. Forecasting in Salesforce Workforce Engagement
  4. Omni-Channel Plans
  5. Scheduling in Salesforce Workforce Engagement

If you speak the Workforce Engagement language and know how to troubleshoot and solve platform issues like a boss, this credential might be for you. Explore the Workforce Engagement Accredited Professional exam guide to see what it takes to become Workforce Engagement credentialed.

Featured curriculum: Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) by Salesforce

Partners with subject matter expertise in CPQ Salesforce are able to use the tool to identify specializations and add-ons, speed up sales cycles, and increase deal sizes for their customers.

CPQ Salesforce is a cloud-based tool that accurately prices a variety of product configurations. It accounts for optional features, customizations, quantities, and discounts. In other words, it helps sales reps quote prices more quickly and accurately. When CPQ is added to an existing CRM, it improves revenue and efficiency to make businesses even more profitable.

And throughout April 2022, PLC added even more courses on the subject, including:

CPQ is more than a “back-office solution.” It helps an entire company cut out bulky sales processes and turn them into lean, productive systems. When you work with customers to add Salesforce CPQ to existing Salesforce services, it helps teams maximize their time and resources. CPQ allows sales teams to put their full focus on what they do best—working with customers to solve their challenges. Implemented correctly, CPQ helps customers save time, increase quote accuracy, and land bigger deals.

This is just a glimpse into what's new in PLC; see what else is new as you and your business grow. Download the Spring 2022 PLC Course Release Notes today to explore the latest credentials and courses.
