It’s an extraordinary time to be a college senior prepping to find your first job. You’ve probably attended your fair share of virtual graduation ceremonies, FaceTime gatherings, and online classes during the COVID-19 pandemic. While it’s too soon to know what the economy will look like in the coming months or years, it’s clear that career fairs and networking with employers look a lot different and present some new challenges— in addition to recruiters not getting the full scope of your fresh interview suit.

This is why the Trailhead for Partners Talent Programs team has joined with Deloitte to launch a free, immersive learning program: Salesforce Career Journey with Deloitte. This virtual experience prepares you for today’s tech roles, transforming traditional classroom learning into skills that are relevant in the workplaces of tomorrow. In this program, you’ll explore careers in the Salesforce partner ecosystem, network with Deloitte consultants, learn skills that employers need now, and get started on a path to Salesforce certification.

Highlights

  • Salesforce Career Journey with Deloitte is a free, three-month, virtual program for US-based students.
  • Students will learn Salesforce skills, connect to career opportunities in the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem, and network with Deloitte and Salesforce professionals.
  • Sign up now through August 16th. Program starts August 17th.

You'll gain career-boosting skills with Trailhead—Salesforce’s interactive learning application—and join live sessions to get hands-on training with Deloitte experienced professionals. Plus, you’ll be the first to hear about other training opportunities and virtual career events.

What’s the Salesforce partner ecosystem? We’re so glad you asked. The partner ecosystem is the network of companies we work with to meet our customers’ most challenging business needs. It includes partner firms—like Deloitte—that build and strategize using Salesforce solutions and services. These partners range from official Salesforce consultants and independent software vendors (ISVs) to third-party providers brought in by partners or customers.

Why now? Recent graduates with Salesforce skills are in high demand. The Salesforce partner ecosystem is projected to grow to 4.2 million new jobs by 2024. That’s a big opportunity for you to build those skills and get hired—and it’s yours for the taking.

Ready to jumpstart your career? Join today. Salesforce Career Journey with Deloitte is open to US-based college students. Sign up by Aug. 16, 2020. See official rules and FAQs for more details.
