Connecting Talent with Opportunity: Salesforce Talent Alliance Fellowship

IDC estimates that the demand for Salesforce talent will grow to 4.2 million new jobs by 2024. To help bring new Trailblazers into the Salesforce ecosystem, the Salesforce Talent Alliance works together with our partners to build a diverse workforce that is not only highly skilled, but that reflects society around the globe.

The Salesforce Talent Alliance does this in three ways: inspire people to pursue Salesforce careers, secure employer commitment to hiring this new talent and ensure employers and job seekers have opportunities to connect and network with each other. That's why we're excited to launch the Salesforce Talent Alliance Fellowship.

The Salesforce Talent Alliance Fellowship is a new partnership between Salesforce and K2 to provide job seekers from diverse backgrounds with an opportunity to gain hands-on work experience, fostering career growth and development in the Salesforce Ecosystem. The Fellowship is focused on providing professional development and work experience opportunities to those from historically marginalized populations.

To Become a Host Partner: Apply here to host a fellow for a 12-week, paid virtual Fellowship. As Salesforce is funding this Fellowship, there is no cost to your organization. Your commitment helps to build a more diverse ecosystem while augmenting your workforce & talent pipeline with Salesforce-certified talent. 

To Become a Fellow: You must apply here and meet the following qualifications to be eligible:

• Earned at least one Salesforce certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Have not held any paid work experience within the Salesforce ecosystem/within a Salesforce role
