Build a strong and diverse talent pool through Salesforce FellowshipsHost a Fellow
How do the fellowships work?
Developed through partnerships between Salesforce, Hiring Our Heroes, and K2 University, fellowships allow Salesforce certified individuals from backgrounds underrepresented in tech to participate in 12-week fellowships at host company sites. The hands-on experience offered through the program prepares fellows for a smooth transition into Salesforce careers.
Fellowship candidates are carefully matched with participating companies based on the specific skills of the candidate and the preferences of both parties. Once matched with a host company, candidates undergo exclusive on-the-job training at their host company, gaining firsthand experience in the private sector.
Why should we host a fellow?
Participation allows you to highlight your organization’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion while expanding your talent pool. The fellowship will connect you with diverse, certified candidates and handle all of the logistics of the fellowship, including payroll and benefits.
Who are the fellows?
The Talent Alliance fellowship is focused on providing professional development and work experience opportunities to those who self-identify as Native American/Indigenous, Black/African American, Hispanic (including persons of Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, and Central or South American descent), and/or multi-racial.
The Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship is focused on transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses.
I’d like to apply to be a fellow. Where can I learn more?
