The Salesforce talent ecosystem is thriving in Central Europe! We’re working with Salesforce partners on programs that will help over 100,000 job seekers in the region find their dream job by 2024. Let’s introduce a few partners in Central Europe who’ve started successful talent initiatives for new Trailblazers.

Salesfive

Salesfive is one of the fastest-growing Salesforce Boutique Partners in the DACH region, which encompasses Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. They’ve developed three initiatives to grow talent:

  • The Bring Women Back to Work program promotes careers in technology by offering flexible working models and re-entry opportunities for participants, while striving for a balanced number of men and women in management positions.
  • Salesfive develops student talent at universities by posting job openings, offering an idea exchange platform for students, and regularly participating in career fairs. And it works! They receive a consistent number of applications from current students to graduates.
  • They work with the technology-focused ReDI School in Berlin on Salesforce courses for students who’ve migrated from other countries. Volunteers at the school teach weekly training courses that give refugees hands-on experience, giving them a competitive edge for ecosystem opportunities. One student from this program has already started working at Salesfive.

KERUN.ONE

KERUN.ONE is a new Salesforce Boutique Partner that supports companies on the way to digitization. "Uniqueness and support - in every respect! These are the reasons why I decided to work for and with Salesforce," says Sascha Emons, CEO and founder. Here’s how they bring the best employees to their team, with a focus on diversity.

  • KERUN.ONE recruits student talent from RFH and TH Köln universities in Cologne with internships, thesis supervision, guest lectures, and a communication platform. This drives many student applications for internships and entry-level positions.
  • KERUN.ONE works with the Federal Employment Agency in Bonn and the Aachen Chamber of Commerce and Industry to find both new talent and experienced experts. Diversity is very important to the company: The current team of 12 consists of four different nationalities who collaborate in three languages. One success story involves Wisam, who fled Syria and found his way into the company through this program—he’s now an integral part of the team.
  • Trailhead trains, educates, and empowers new and existing employees with multilingual learning modules. Trailhead is even used during the recruitment process to better assess candidates’ skills.

Nextview

Nextview, a leading independent Salesforce Platinum Partner based in Northern Europe needed an employee platform that could adapt to constant growth while maintaining quality and transparency in their onboarding and professional development process. "We want to promote a culture of individual development and learning," says Thomas Neuhäuser, Manager of Staff. And they succeeded:

  • Nextview uses MyTrailhead e-learning, coaching, and face-to-face training for centralized onboarding and talent development. "MyTrailhead helps us to create an accessible and entertaining platform for our organization," says Neuhäuser.
  • The project has received high marks from employees, with 80-plus active myTrailhead users, 235 completed badges, and over 15 new trails created for development and internal processes.

This is just the beginning. We invite our entire ecosystem to work with us to promote and develop the talent of our future. Learn more about Central Europe talent programming, and subscribe to our blog to stay up to date.
