Accredited Professional (AP) is proud to continually invest in seamless experiences for our partners. And on that note, drum roll please, AP now includes an enhanced, online live-proctoring experience through Examity for all exams.
AP’s new, live-proctored exams include:
- Real-time technical support during the exam: An enhanced test-taking experience with interactive support of a live proctor who oversees the session and can respond in real time to technical questions and issues.
- Exam results and credential timing: After you complete your exam, the proctor will walk you through submitting the exam, review the exam’s results, and explain the post-exam process and timeline for receiving a credential.
Sound exciting? Here’s how you can get started scheduling your exam and experiencing live-proctoring for yourself.
Register to take an AP exam
- First, log into Partner Community.
- Then, click on the Learn tab and then into Partner Learning Camp (PLC).
- Next, Click on the Credentials tab to browse or search for the AP credential you’re ready to take.
- Click Register on your chosen AP exam.
- You’re then transferred to the Examity site where you can schedule and pay for your exam.
Take your live-proctored exam and receive your credential:
- When it's time to take your exam, which will be live-proctored, the proctor will ask for a room scan prior to starting. You'll show your room by panning your webcam and may be asked to remove certain items like papers, your phone, or headphones.
- You must view your results at the end of the exam to count as a complete submission of the exam. Click the See Results button to view them. Then, close the browser or click End Session on the Examity tab.
- Within 14 days, you’ll be emailed your official AP certificate which will also be available to view on Credly, the digital credential platform.
- Woohoo! You’ve earned a brand-new AP credential. Time to share your accomplishment with your colleagues and network. Be sure to post to LinkedIn and Twitter with the hashtag #AccreditedProfessional and #AlwaysBeLearning.
