Indirect Sales Accredited Professional

The Indirect Sales Accredited Professional (AP) credential validates your complete knowledge of the sales cycle—from prospecting, discovery, solution building, to closing a deal. We’re committed to supporting our cloud resellers with this enablement, which tests skills such as:

  • Discovery
  • Prospecting
  • Scope
  • Customer pushback
  • Proposal delivery
  • Contract execution

Before you take the exam, we recommend you prepare with its curriculum first. We offer a self-paced Indirect Sales Program curriculum. It includes an exam guide and the following courses:

  • Cloud Reseller Processes
  • The Salesforce Customer 360 Platform
  • Positioning Salesforce Products
  • Business Value Mapping
  • Account and Territory Planning

Close the year strong with the right skills and knowledge to empower yourself and your customers through the Indirect Sales AP credential.
