The Salesforce Talent Alliance connects employers to Salesforce candidates and brings new talent into the ecosystem, helping to build a diverse workforce that reflects society around the globe.
One of the ways we achieve this is by hosting career fairs to act as a bridge between talent and ecosystem collaborators. Attending career fairs has proved valuable for many of our partners.
Making connections
"As our business continues to grow, encouraging new talent to join the Salesforce ecosystem is key to our success and that of our customers,” says Benjamin Murray, Marketing & Alliances Director at Globant.
Globant is a Salesforce consulting partner in the UK and has been a stellar member of the Salesforce Talent Alliance since its launch in 2020. The company took part in our most recent UKI career fair on their search for Trailblazing talent.
“Career fairs are a great place for us to showcase what we do here at Globant and explain how our Globant Academy enables aspiring Salesforce Consultants and Developers to launch their careers,” he adds.
Benjamin was blown away by the calibre of talent which turned out and held in-depth conversations with people from a range of backgrounds and experiences.
“It was inspiring to hear the stories of people who were looking to set out on a new career in the Salesforce ecosystem. Having them share their passion for Salesforce with us was a success we were proud to be part of,” he says.
Targeting talent
Benjamin was delighted with the outcome of his attendance.
“After speaking with so many future Trailblazers, we managed to hire three of them shortly after the career fair, and will soon be onboarding another person who we meet there,” he says.
Benjamin’s experience shows the value of connecting with talent at career fairs. The Salesforce Talent Alliance continues to strive for more equitable opportunities, alongside our partners.
