Featured Curricula: Reseller curricula to demonstrate Salesforce expertise

They are essential in helping Salesforce serve new markets all around the globe. Resellers support the entire customer lifecycle and, as an extension of Salesforce, are trained to provide customers with the same level of service.

If you are a Salesforce reseller partner or you are seeking to expand your practice—get started with all-new role-based reseller curricula. The curricula is designed for individuals in Success roles at reseller organizations.

  1. Reseller Success: Salesforce Expertise: This 5-course curriculum will help you demonstrate knowledge of product and capabilities to effectively succeed as a reseller in alignment with Salesforce. Discover the benefits of working with the Indirect Salesforce team and how to maximize your partnership.
  2. Reseller Success: Collaborative Planning: This 6-course curriculum is designed for partners to apply technical knowledge to effectively create business plans that align with customer goals and values. Featured Credential: Communications Cloud

The Communications Cloud Accredited Professional (AP) credential was recently introduced for Salesforce partners. Follow along to learn about what Communications Cloud is and decide if this credential is right for you.

What is Communications Cloud?
Communications Cloud is built on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, allowing for rapid configuration with out-of-the-box solutions that utilize clicks not code to fast-track digital transformation. It includes powerful functionality, including Enterprise Product Catalog; Industries Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ); Order Management; and a growing library of prebuilt applications, product models, and integrations. Communications Cloud allows customer to deliver digital-first journeys and perfect orders that save time, money, and improve operational efficiencies. Impact of Communications Cloud include:

  • Simple digital experiences
  • Streamline product and service launches
  • Saved time by complying with industry standards and architectures
  • Reduced churn with predictive analytics


About the Communications Cloud AP Credential
This AP credential is built for Salesforce partners with the knowledge, skills, and experience to discover, design, plan, and deliver business value to customers through Communications Cloud. PLC provides a 4-course curriculum to help you prepare and a detailed exam guide to guide you through what to expect.

Before starting with the exam, it is highly recommended partners have at least two to four years of Salesforce experience and have the Sales Cloud Consultant, OmniStudio Developer, and Industries CPQ Developer Salesforce certifications. Additionally, we suggest foundational knowledge in:

  • OmniStudio
  • Industries Order Management
  • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Document Generation
  • Digital Commerce
  • Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Platform
