Customers need process automation. It pushes them forward despite the enduring, unpredictable changes of today’s global business climate.
Bret Taylor, Co-CEO of Salesforce, said it best, “When you think about what technology does, it’s about productivity, it’s about driving efficiency, it’s about automation. Our job isn’t to copy and paste things between screens… and when I think of automation, it means that we as employees can focus on what we do best.”
Automation gives teams, well...autonomy! Teams are free to focus on spending their time and talents wisely while lowering costs and maximizing productivity. And Salesforce proudly offers a wide range of process automation tools and capabilities to solve every part of your customer’s business needs.
Ready to dive deeper into these tools and how to successfully implement them? Let’s learn about the Process Automation Accredited Professional (AP) credential and how it validates a partner’s skills and knowledge.
The Process Automation AP credential
One of Partner Learning Camp’s most popular credentials, Process Automation, is designed for partners who are well-versed in the process automation tools Salesforce offers. Even more, they know how to successfully design, configure, build, and implement Process Automation solutions for their customers. The ideal candidates for the credential are Admins, Developers, Consultants, and Architects who have six months or more of implementation experience in automation. Also, a Salesforce Admin certification is recommended but not required.
