The Slack Certified Consultant program is dedicated to providing you with the tools needed to help clients maximize the potential of Slack and transform their your organization’s collaboration. This program is designed to build skills and validate proficiency for Slack consultants who are advising on the implementation of Slack services. Our goal with this all-new program is to help you prove you have the skills to set clients up for long-term success.
What is a Slack Certified Consultant?
The Slack Certified Consultant certification is designed for partners who can demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to manage and deliver a Slack services engagement to a Slack customer. Slack Certified Consultants apply their expertise to offer services around solution design, change management and user adoption. Slack consultants should be comfortable recommending solutions, policies and settings, and enabling your client for long-term success.
The Slack Certified Consultant prep courses and certification exam is recommended for individuals with at least 12 months of real world experience as an implementation consultant. We recommend that you already have a moderate level of skills in:
- Software implementation
- Project management
- Change management
- Discovery
- Enablement
- Client-facing work

How to become a Slack Certified Consultant
Once you're ready to enroll in the new Slack Certified Consultant program, you will be required to complete the Slack Certified Consultant Prep Course before you will be able to sit for the exam. The prep course uses a self-paced, on-demand format giving you the flexibility to giving you the flexibility to learn at your own speed.

Slack Certified offers a Slack Certified Consultant Prep Course & Exam bundle so you can find everything in one place. Once you are enrolled in either the prep course, exam, or the above bundle, access will expire 6 months from the date of enrollment.
